Refund policy

Returns & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refundable returns at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. But you may return an item for exchange so long as:

- The exchange is requested within 14 days of the original shipping date.
- The returned items are unworn, washed, or altered and in the state you received them.
- Exchange is for same item in different size or color.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

We only replace items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@shopsilhouette.com and send your item to: Silhouette, 246 Caulfield Lane, Gaithersburg MD 20878, United States.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
